Shailesh Patel, CEO
As CEO, Shailesh is responsible for business development, revenue management as well as brand and owner relations. Throughout his 26 years in the hospitality industry, Shailesh has worked with IHG, Choice, Best Western and Wyndham. Coming from India with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Shailesh has entered the Hospitality and Retail Industry with Cyclone Hospitality, managing a diverse portfolio of hotels while developing future projects.
Manisha Patel, CFO
Manisha is responsible for Accounting and providing strategic financial leadership for our growing portfolio. Manisha started her first business at the age of 19 and soon after moved into the hospitality industry where she has worked with IHG, Best Western and Choice as a management and financial consultant.
Sahil Patel, COO
Sahil is responsible for overseeing operations, compliance and brand standards for Cyclone Hospitality. Sahil works as a liaison between General Managers and our Management Company to ensure operating and brand standards are not only up to par, but have also incorporated Cyclone’s core values and culture. With a BS in Business Administration from Endicott College, Sahil looks to be the driving source in optimizing productivity and creating sustained growth.
Michael White, Director of Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing
Michael is responsible for Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Human Resource Development. His 30 years of experience have been across various platforms including hotels, food and beverage, entertainment, retail, and human services. In his free time, Michael works with non-profit organizations where he handles marketing, public relations and communications for Shriners International, Kiwanis International, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Michael is a candidate for Masters of Management specializing in Human Resource Development at Cambridge College. He is also a recommended member with honors in Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). As a valued member of our team, Michael strives in improving profitability while maintaining guest and employee relations.
